“Any person who wishes to comment on the proposed modifications may do so by submitting written comments beginning August 23, 2016 and ending September 7, 2016, to the person indicated in this Notice. The above documents are available on the Bureau’s website at and were mailed to interested parties and individuals who provided written comments or testimony at the regulatory hearing on July 12, 2016. If any person wishes to submit comments regarding the modified text, written comments must be submitted to the Bureau from August 23, 2016 and ending September 7, 2016, to the following person:

School Performance Fact Sheets (SPFS)

On July 14, 2016, the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (Bureau) implemented new regulations under the Title 5. Division 7.5 California Code of Regulations (5 CCR). The approved regulatory changes will impact three (3) areas for all Bureau approved institutions. The areas impacted are 5 CCR 74110 Annual Report, 5 CCR 74112 Uniform Data – Annual Report, Performance Fact Sheet, and 5 CCR 74117 Websites Requirements.

In an effort to assist institutions with the changes, the Bureau will soon provide SPFS workshops addressing the following items:
 What has changed?
 Understanding the changes
 How does this impact my institution?
 How do I report the data?
