The California BPPE has sent out an e-mail broadcast announcing its intent to adopt emergency regulations relating to degree-granting institutions:
“In accordance with Government Code section 11346.1(a)(2) and Title 1 of the California Code of Regulations (CCR) section 52, the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) intends to file a request for readoption of Accreditation of Degree Granting Institutions regulations originally approved by the Office of Administrative Law on January 30, 2015 and which became effective February 1, 2015.”
