Benjamin B. Wagner, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California, and Kathleen Tighe, Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Education Office of Inspector General (OIG), have announced the indictments of 21 individuals alleged to have participated in federal student aid fraud rings at 15 schools throughout California.
