On Wednesday California’s Governor Jerry Brown signed a new state budget that cuts $134 million from the Cal Grant financial aid program. It comes as no surprise that the Brown administration has ensured that the students most affected by the aid reductions will be those at for-profit colleges. Inside Higher Education has the story:
