Although some questions raised at the recent NAFSA convention regarding how SEVP intends to enforce the Accreditation Act remain unanswered, IEPs continue to receive Out-of-Cycle Review notices and undergo inspections. IEP school owners, directors, and PDSOs would be well-advised to review the Accreditation Act document posted on the SEVP website:
