SEVIS Recertification: Have You Received a 180-Day Notice?

Despite repeated reminders, many PDSOs and DSOs are failing to respond in a timely manner to 180-day recertification notices sent via SEVIS, thereby putting their respective institutions at risk of losing permission to issue Form I-20. All PDSOs and DSOs should familiarize themselves with the recertification process and monitor SEVIS communications carefully: the consequences of failure to do so are serious!
