The California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) has released an update regarding the upcoming Stakeholders Meeting. Here is the verbatim text:
The BPPE will be holding a Stakeholders Meeting Wednesday March 9th beginning at 1:30pm. The meeting will be at 1747 N Market Blvd. Room #186 Sacramento, CA 95834 aka the DCA HQ2 Hearing Room.
This is to provide updated information regarding this meeting. As a reminder, the Bureau will be including the areas of Applications (Regulations Chapter 2; beginning section 71100 through 71660) and Operating Standards (Regulations Chapter 3, Articles 1 & 2; beginning section 71700 through 71865).
WEBCAST: For those unable to attend, this meeting will be webcast and written comments can be sent after the meeting.
There is no formal agenda, rather it is the desire of the Bureau to discuss and obtain ideas, concerns, and other input from stakeholders as the Bureau gets ready to update the regulations in these two areas.
