IEP school owners should watch SEVP’s new Spring/Summer Conference Presentation for a (brief) statement regarding upcoming enforcement of the Accreditation of English Language Training Programs Act. Although it’s advisable that you watch the entire presentation, the statement regarding Accreditation Act enforcement occurs at 7:50 into the video. According to the presentation, schools that failed to meet the Accreditation Act deadline will begin receiving Notices of Intent to Withdraw (from SEVIS), and a request is made that out-of-compliance schools be reported to ICE.
