The California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) has sent out an e-mail notification alerting stakeholders to a change in the Annual Report due date. Here is the verbatim text:
“Due to proposed regulation changes, the 2015 Annual Report online portal will not open until August 1st. Deadline to submit is December 1st.”
So the new deadline to submit the 2015 Annual Report is December 1, 2016. The BPPE has been very active in citing schools for late reports; timely submission of a complete Report is the best way to avoid a substantial fine. For the latest BPPE regulatory information visit:
