The California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) has released Prioritization of Complaints and Compliance Inspections modified text and is soliciting public comment. Here is a link to the modified text:

“Any person who wishes to comment on the proposed modifications may do so by submitting written comments beginning August 23, 2016 and ending September 7, 2016, to the person indicated in this Notice. The above documents are available on the Bureau’s website at www.bppe.ca.gov and were mailed to interested parties and individuals who provided written comments or testimony at the regulatory hearing on July 12, 2016. If any person wishes to submit comments regarding the modified text, written comments must be submitted to the Bureau from August 23, 2016 and ending September 7, 2016, to the following person:
