The BPPE has sent out an e-mail broadcast regarding proposed changes to SB 1247 compliance regulations:
“NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education is proposing to take the action described at http://www.bppe.ca.gov/lawsregs/notice_accred.pdf
A hearing regarding these proposed changes will be held on September 8th, 2015, at the Department of Consumer Affairs, 1625 N. Market Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95834 in the Hearing Room (South #102) at 10am.
Please note that written comments must be received by September 7, 2015.”
