Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) director Louis Farrell is still soliciting feedback from ESL school owners and officials regarding SEVP’s ESL Accreditation Act FAQs page. The Accreditation of English Language Training Programs Act is a complex piece of legislation that has provoked many questions about how the law will be enforced. By providing your feedback, SEVP will be better able to answer questions through its FAQ page. Comments will be accepted until Friday July 20th.
