IEP School Owners: SEVP Releases Final Draft Guidance on Conditional Enrollment

IEP school owners and administrators should carefully review SEVP’s final draft guidance on conditional enrollment. Though still at the draft stage, if enacted, these new regulations may change the SEVIS compliance status of certain conditional enrollment relationships between IEPs and other academic institutions.
