The California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) has sent out an e-mail broadcast regarding important regulatory updates. Here is the verbatim text:
School Performance Fact Sheets (SPFS)
On July 14, 2016, the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (Bureau) implemented new regulations under the Title 5. Division 7.5 California Code of Regulations (5 CCR). The approved regulatory changes will impact three (3) areas for all Bureau approved institutions. The areas impacted are 5 CCR 74110 Annual Report, 5 CCR 74112 Uniform Data – Annual Report, Performance Fact Sheet, and 5 CCR 74117 Websites Requirements.
In an effort to assist institutions with the changes, the Bureau will soon provide SPFS workshops addressing the following items:

Understanding the changes
How does this impact my institution?
How do I report the data?
